Can you flash taunt Galio?
Players can completely cast this skill with Flash to unexpectedly taunt many enemies. The community eventually found that the reason for this bug is that Hextech Flashtraption is not locked when Galio uses W. This combination will still be performed if you timing it correctly when Flash returns to normal.
Why did they remove Galio W flash?
Here is how it looked ingame, it has been removed now. I don’t see why this needs to go when gragas E-Flash is still in the game. We intentionally removed that before releasing Rell because of how low counterplay it was to force the enemy to preemptively flash, similar to what you see with Gragas E.
