How does Kinek work? Through a fast sign-up process, Kinek customers can search for and find the most convenient KinekPoint. When shopping online, Kinek customers simply copy and paste their KinekPoint address into the shipping address form.
How long will kinek hold my package?
They ask that members notify them if they are not going to be pick up their package for over 30 days. They will hold their packages until members are able to come for pick up and will only mark them abandoned after 1 year if there has been no contact from the Kinek member.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes on kinekpoints?
Kinek does not collect duties and taxes on packages received at our border KinekPoints. It is the responsibility of the customer to claim their items when crossing the border and pay the appropriate fees. All products, including tobacco, face duties and taxes if you have been out of the country for less than 24-hours.
Does Kinek ship to Canada?
Same goes for any other state and city! By shipping to one of Kinek’s many border KinekPoints, Canadians can order from US companies and benefit from the greater selection of products, much lower prices, and a strong Canadian dollar.
