The long and short of it remains that Engine Ice coolant appears to run cooler on average and shed heat faster once the fan comes on for shorter spells.

No mixing, just shake the bottle (some anti foam stuff settles at the bottom) pour it in. those running temps are pretty normal, you won’t notice any cooler with just water, or water wetter.
