They have some pretty nice areas for viewing. I would say dusk or right before dusk would be the best time for viewing in the evening. Staying at the Jamba Lodge, I actually saw the most animals out my balcony at around midnight one night.

Yes you can eat at Sanaa even if you’re not staying there. I would highly recommend making reservations though. You can still have dinner at Sanaa, just make reservations as far in advance as you can. Contact the restaurant.

If you are fortunate to get a window table you might be lucky enough to see some of the great animals just outside. However, as with all of animals there at the Animal Kingdom Resort there is no controlling where the animals will be at any time of the day or night.

Yes, Sanaa is at Animal Kingdom Lodge -Kidani Village, no park tickets/reservation required. You may want to make a reservation though! We were there pre covid and could only get a bar seat for lunch. Are you sure you want to delete this answer? My husband would love to visit here but I really struggle with spicy food.

Updating list… We love Sanaa so much that we went for late lunch 2 times during our 4 day trip to Disney. The kids’ favorites are the bread service and the chicken tikka masala.
