NVIDIA Iray Server is a software solution that provides distributed Iray rendering across networked machines.
What is the difference between 3Delight and IRAY?
It’s impossible to match two different light settings of course: Iray relies on global illumination and (I think) ignores traditional DAZ Studio lights. At the same time, 3Delight requires a light set and doesn’t look all that palatable when rendered without any lights.

How do I render in Daz?
Render from the main menu bar, or use the hotkey Ctrl+R on the PC or Cmd+R on the MAC. By default the render will open a new window. While the scene is rendering you won’t be able to do anything else in DAZ Studio.

Within the Presets pane, (b) I select Shaders > Iray. If you are not using the Smart Content functionality within Daz Studio, you can get at the Iray shaders through your Content Library by going to Shader Presets > Iray > DAZ Uber in your Daz Studio directory.
