How do worgen get mounts?
You only need to be revered (at least as a worgen) to get this mount. It is easy peasy to get revered just by dint of doing beginning quests, then you head to Astrid Langstrump and get your mount (as unexciting as the design is).
Can Worgen ride mounts?
Blizzard has finally seen fit to give Worgen players — or more specifically, the Gilnean faction — their own mounts. Horses make sense for Worgen, as Worgen are still essentially a Human nation, and Humans in Warcraft ride horses. These two particular mounts seem a bit plain, though.
