Is breya a good commander?
Breya is just a really good Commander. She brings Flying bodies with her when she enters the battlefield, has great stats for her mana cost, and has an activated ability that is phenomenal at being a solid utility effect you should always look to utilize.

Can you sacrifice breya to herself?
With the resulting infinite mana, you can then make infinite thopters, then use those two to deal infinite damage to each player. This also works with Mana Echoes because Breya can sacrifice herself to her own ability.

Do tokens leave the graveyard?
The Tomb looks for creature cards leaving the graveyard. Tokens are not cards even if represented by pieces of card board. Tokens cannot trigger the artifact for that reason. They do leave the graveyard by ceasing to exist, since they were there and then they are not, therefore they left.
