Is El Shaddoll construct good?
Construct is one of the best Shaddoll Fusions, though you can argue Winda is the better one now, and one worth you experimenting Shaddolls in some LIGHT based decks. Three of this is going to be nice when we get the Shaddoll Structure Deck.

Another problem that comes with the monsters is the number of normal summons they add to your deck. If you’ve got a 5 card hand and 3 of them you can only summon once per turn, you’ve got a 3 card hand. The entire Shaddoll monster core is comprised of normal summons.
