All of the Osmo apps are available to download (or update) from the iTunes and Amazon App Stores.

There are currently 8 digital Osmo game apps that can be purchased from the Apple or Amazon App Store and played using game pieces from other Osmo games. All 8 of these games require an Osmo Base that is compatible with your device (sold in the Accessories section of PlayOsmo.com and through our retailers).

Is Osmo worth the price?
Is Osmo worth the money? From our personal experience in using Osmo for homeschool and at-home learning (as well as a fun gaming system), it is well worth the money because the games level up and grow with your child.

Do you have to have an iPad to use Osmo?
Most Osmo games are designed for ages 5–12. To play any Osmo game, you will need: A compatible device that’s connected to the internet. Osmo works with most iPads and Amazon Fire tablets.
Can a 2 year old use Osmo?
Osmo apps are enjoyed by many younger kids. That said, please note that the Osmo game pieces are a choking hazard, and are therefore recommended for ages 3+. We also offer many add-on games and bundles that can be enjoyed by kids as young as 3 or 4.
Can you use Osmo without base?
An Osmo Base is required for game use. Ships with two games, solve creative physics puzzles by drawing lines or placing items in front of the screen (Newton) and learn to draw anything with creative drawing skills (Masterpiece).

Why is the Osmo app so bad on iPad?
The fundamental flaw is that there isn’t a version of this app that is compatible with Guided Access (i.e. a single app that includes all of the Osmo games). While this would have an effect on required iPad resources, it should be fine since this is the only thing these iPads are used for.
